Mandolin Pier Policies

 

Check-in is at 4 P.M. and check-out is at 11 A.M.

 

Since many of our tenants are in the area for several weeks or months at a time, we only publish weekly rates.  Shorter-term rates may be available on a limited basis with a two-night minimum.

 

All of our units are non-smoking.  Ashtrays are provided in the outside areas.

 

Mandolin Pier facilities, including the private pier, parking, BBQ, and picnic areas are limited in space and are for the exclusive use of tenants and registered guests only.  

 

For the comfort of our tenants, pets are not allowed inside the apartments.  We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy except in the case of service animals.

 

We want the next guest in your apartment to enjoy their stay as much as you did, so all apartments are subject to inspection upon move-out. We understand normal wear and tear, but damage to the walls, furniture, flooring or other built-ins will result in a damages fee.  Extra cleaning charges may also apply.

 

At Mandolin Pier, our tenants are our top priority.  If you have any problems, complaints, or recommendations, please let us know. We will take care of any problems quickly and implement your recommendations whenever possible.
