Units W1, W2 and W3

The Captains Quarters are one bedroom + loft waterfront apartments which opened in July 2015.  Each unit has a huge 10x16’ deck where tenants can enjoy unobstructed views of Galveston Bay from the four custom-made Adirondack chairs.  The large loft area is accessed via a custom adjustable ladder and has plenty of floor space for play or additional mattresses.  These standalone apartments have private staircases and plenty of room to park two full-sized vehicles under each building.

Captains Quarters Amenities

• Bedroom:  one queen sized bed, bedside tables, large closet, all bed linens

• Loft:  adjustable custom ladder, one queen sized bed, all bed linens

• Living area:  custom-made Adirondack style sofa and chair, cocktail table, flat-screen TV

• Bathroom:  3-piece bath with stand-up shower, vanity and shelf storage, all bath linens

• Kitchen:  cooktop, built-in microwave, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils

• Private stairs and large covered deck overlooking Galveston Bay

• Parking under building - deep enough for two vehicles

• Cable, WiFi and weekly housekeeping included

• Access to our private 250’ fishing pier, the community barbeque pits and picnic areas, and a laundromat

Captains Quarters Rates

• Maximum occupancy:  6 (up to two each in bedroom and loft queen beds, floor space for up to two twin-sized inflatable mattresses)

• We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants in our apartments, including children

Mandolin Pier Apartments has a strict policy of no smoking and no pets inside the rooms.  Covered smoking areas and receptacles are provided.
