Back Bay Bungalows

The Back Bay Bungalows are newer construction one-bedroom units.  These spacious units are packed with storage, and can accommodate up to three people.  The Back Bay Bungalows are standalone units located just a couple hundred feet behind the main building.  They have water views from the private outdoor living spaces.

 

Back Bay Bungalows Amenities

  • Living Area: One twin daybed (all linens), counter-height bar w/two stools, flat-screen TV

  • Bedroom: One Queen bed, built in closet with shelves and hanging rod, all bed linens

  • L-Shaped Kitchen: cooktop, built-in microwave, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, bar and stools for dining

  • Bathroom:  3-piece bath with stand-up shower, vanity and shelf storage, all bath linens

  • Private stairs and deck with custom-made Adirondack chairs

  • Covered parking area under each unit

  • Cable, WiFi and weekly housekeeping included

  • Access to our private 250’ fishing pier, the community barbeque pits, picnic areas and a laundromat.

 

Back Bay Bungalows Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy:  3 (up to two in queen bed, 1 in twin)

  • We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants in our apartments, including children

 

Mandolin Pier Apartments has a strict policy of no smoking and no pets inside the rooms.  Covered smoking areas and receptacles are provided.
